Prior to commencing work, agreements and licensing procedures should be promptly processed with relevant units;
Reasonably arrange the construction period and progress;
Priority should be given to engineering projects that do not require power outages; If the engineering project has the conditions for live working, it should be completed without power outage as much as possible;
If power outage operations must be carried out, the non construction section line load should be reversed to minimize the power outage scope and shorten the power outage time as much as possible;
Develop comprehensive safety measures and establish an engineering quality assurance system before starting work.
The construction of the line includes new construction, renovation, expansion, and other projects. From the start of the project to its completion and use, the construction procedures stipulated by the state must be strictly followed. The construction quality should comply with the relevant construction and acceptance specifications and meet the specified quality standards.
