Uses
This equipment is capable of tension stringing for LGJ-630 and smaller conductors in mountainous and hilly terrain; tension stringing for LGJ0-720 and smaller conductors in plain terrain; tension stringing of optical cables such as OPGW or ADSS across various terrains; and traction operations for replacing existing lines, all under all-weather conditions.
Characteristics
• Continuous stepless adjustment of pay-off tension, traction force, and speed, with overload protection;
• Spring-applied, normally closed multi-disc brake; fails to apply braking when pressure is lost.
